Home Information
Details you choose to record about your home — such as address, year built, square footage, systems, and maintenance history.
Home Inventory
Items you add to your inventory, including names, photos, purchase information, and warranty details.
Home Vault Documents
Files you upload to your secure vault — manuals, receipts, insurance documents, and other records you choose to store.
Family and Household Information
People you invite to your household, the role you assign them, and tasks you share with them.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. HH Companion does not store your full payment card details.
Google Sign-In
When you sign in with Google, we receive:
- Name
- Email address
We do NOT receive:
- Google password
- Gmail contents
- Google Drive files
Authentication is managed securely through Google and Supabase.
Data Security
We protect your data using:

- Household permission controls
- Restricted document access
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
